At Frontier Armory LLC we take care of our customers and their needs. Please read the page below for shipping and returning your mission essential gear.

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Frontier Armory LLC does not ship internationally - only customers in the United States of America will be served

  • We will ship to APO/ FPO or DPO addresses

  • Standard shipping service is with USPS

  • If you desire to use a different shipping service, do not hesitate to contact us at info@frontier-armory.com for a special quote

  • Items will be shipped within 7 business days unless noted otherwise in the item's description

  • Frontier Armory LLC will not be held liable if the item goes missing during transport or arrives broken at the customer

  • be aware of your local laws! Frontier Armory LLC reserves the right to cancel an order if it goes against the ATF/ DOJ/ State or local laws.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product and want to return it, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • email us at info@frontier-armory.com about the desire to return it

  • ensure item has all tags on it and is still in the original packaging. Please be aware that opened and used items CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • return address will be provided once your return process has been accepted

  • upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund to the method of payment that was used to purchase the item (it might take up to 7 days to process the refund on a card payment).

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  

  • We will not accept returns after 60 days of the customer receiving the item.   

  • Restocking fee is 25% of the sale price.

  • Sales on the following items are final:   
    ●  Special orders.   
    ●  Products sold "as is" or "used"   
    ●  Products that have been installed or used after receipt   
    ●  NFA items   
    ●  illumination devices   
    ●  electronic sights and optics
    ●  on sale items
